Grants cannot be awarded to closed clubs e.g. school clubs, factory clubs or sports clubs who operate for profit. 3. Dunfermline and West Fife Sports Council should be mentioned in any publicity material that may be produced in relation to this award. The Sports Council reserves the right to publicise any award without further reference to the club or yourself. 4. All grant awards are made at the discretion of the Sports Council’s Grants or Management Committee whose decision is final. 5. Grants will not be considered retrospectively and accordingly, those seeking assistance should endeavour to apply at least two months in advance of the event or project. 6. If in the opinion of the Sports Council, items provided by grant aid by the Sports Council are not being used for the purpose(s) stated in the grant application, the Sports Council reserves the right to seek restoration of all or part of the grant awarded.Submit
